I never stopped learning. After QA, I dove into UX and product strategy — not as job titles, but because understanding the full picture makes me better at what I build. In a field that changes as fast as tech does, standing still isn't an option. When I got into business automation and AI agents, everything clicked — all those years of studying how people work, combined with tools that can finally do something about it.
